Abstract

Objective To assess the clinical treatment of acute pulmonary embolism.Methods Retrospective review of the treatment of 22 PE cases in our hospital of January 2006 to January 2009.Results To give 22 cases anticoagulation treatment plus thrombolysis treatment,18 cases with significant effectiveness,3 cases applying noninvasive ventilator,1 case dying of respiratory failure.Conclusion Early diagnosis and suitable indication for treatment of acute pulmonary embolism are important for getting good curative effect.
