Abstract

Silver-ornaments is a symbol of wealth.In the social intercourse or folk-custom activities,it is often as a carrier of expressing emotion,decorum and customs.Hakka silver-ornaments was the key point which was always occur in Hakkas′ important occations: marriage,funeral,birthday,festival and celebration.The Hakkas created magnificent silver-ornaments culture.There are various kinds of Hakka silver-ornaments.They are modeling beautiful,rich in cultural connotation,unique and exquisite in production process.Silver-ornaments can refracts the Hakkas′ peculiar life custom,way of thinking and aesthetic modes etc.Research in Hakka Silver-Ornaments has an important value in the historical,cultural and aesthetic aspects.
