Discussion on transaction cost based on characteristics of contacts and theories of transaction cost

Abstract

The issue of type selection of construction contract has been studied on engineering fields while less were researched in economics for further discussion. It is necessary to analyze social economics issues in the condition of social development influenced by economical theories. Based on theories of transaction cost,this paper drew the conclusions after the annotation for these theories and analysis of the connection between different types of contracts.
