On Individual Circumstances and Characterization in the Spatial Visual Threshold of New Stories

Abstract

New Stories is another great literary work contributed to China and the world by Lu Xun in his later years.The anfractuous and conflict spatial pattern,which the New Stories had created,results in the enlightener Lu Xun's realization of man's social existence to themselves.The subject consciousness made the New Stories' aesthetic spirit fantastic,chilling and gloomy.And the characterization in the stories shows its own uniqueness differs from general historical novels.
