Abstract
Objective To study the two-lung injury degree with different tidal volumes after one lung ventilation,exploring the optimal tidal volume for the one-lung ventilation patient.Methods 32 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups(n=8).The control group performs two-lung ventilation for 3 h.The groups of B,C,D performed one-lung ventilation for 2 h respectively,which were followed with two-lung ventilation for 1 h.Results No significantly different were seen about PaO2 of Group A.Compared with the PaO2 before mechanical ventilation,that of Group B,Group C,Group D significantly reduced at the beginning,showing a gradual recovery trend with the increasing time.At 1 h,the PaO2 of Group C was close to that of former mechanical ventilation.There was no significant difference in left lung injury scores compared to right lung in the group A.Lung injury scores of group C were lower comparing of group B and group D.Conclusions The tidal volume 10 ml/kg is the lightest of lung tissue damage corresponding to the 15 ml/kg or 6 ml/kg tidal volume.
