Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical results of arthroscopic synovectomy for early arthritis. Method:The complete arthroscopic synovectomy was carried out after the observation of pathological changes.36 knee joints in 33 cases with rheumatoid arthritis were operated in this way and followed up for 0.5-3 years.Result:The rate of excellent and good results is 83.3%. Conclusion:The satisfied results can be obtained with arthroscopic synovectomy for early rheumatoid arthritis.
