Analysis of Urban Sewage Treatment based on Strategic Framework

Currently,China severely suffers from the shortage of freshwater resources.The protection and rational manegement of water resources play a key role in the sustainable development in urban and rural areas.Reusage of water resources via the treatment of urban sewage may effectively mitigate the shortage of water resources.Using strategic framework as the guideline,the specific processes were employed to improve the treatment of urban sewage in the present work.Firstly,the goals of sewage treatment should be established according to sustainable development principles.Consecutively,the current problems of urban sewage treatment in China including incorrect treatment methods,inadequate sewage treatment facilities and management mechanism,low treatment standard as well as the overburd of treatment equipment etc should be solved with corresponding measures.
