Abstract
ObjectiveTo research whether Ligustrazine can restrain β-amyloid's aggregation or not. MethodsAfter having established β-amyloid' model in vitro,with Th-T fluorescence analysis and Transmission electron microscope(TEM),we investigate the effects of Ligustrazine on β-amyloid's aggregation while in vitro. ResultsIn fluorescence analysis,Ligustrazine can reduce all the intensity of normal-amyloid and aging β-amyloid.In the concentration gradient experiment of normal β-amyloid,the degree of intensity reducing was according to ligustrazine's concertration.Observing photographs of TEM,we found that Ligustrazine could inhibit the aggregation of β-amyloid effectively. ConclusionLigustrazine can inhibit the aggregation of β-amyloid in vitro in a certain extent.
