Abstract
It was difficult to conduct reliability evaluation for large-scale Numerical Control(NC)machine tools due to its complex structure and lacking of reliability data.To deal with this problem, aprocess reliability evaluation method based on the processing dynamics model was proposed. After identifying dynamics parameters of the NC machine tools and cutting force dynamic model parameters, the processing dynamics model of NC machine tools was established. Then processing accuracy was simulated by the processing dynamic model. The process reliability evaluation was performed. Finally,it was verified by experiments.
