Abstract

Objective To summarize the clinical effect of surgical treatment for tibial plateau bone fracture. Methods TypeⅠbone fracture was fixed by one or three spongy bone screw, while in typesⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ,Ⅵfracture, it was fixed by lateral tibial plateau anatomical steel plate. The clinical type was assigned according to Schatzk-er classification. When collapsed bone fracture was restored inshape in typeⅡ,Ⅲthe space left was filled with ilium transplant . The interior tibial bone fracture was fixel by spongy bone screw in typeⅤor tibial plateau anatomical steel plate in typeⅣ. We often repair anterior cruciate ligament, remove or partially remove the injury lateral and medial meniscus and repair or do not repair the injury of tibial collateral ligaments. Results The mean cure time of bone fracture was 6 months, the excellent rate of knee joint function was 82. 1% with a 1-3 year follow-up time. Conclusion Our data suggest five factors-including knee joint anatomical replacement, strong inner fixation, bone transplant, stable repair of knee joint and physical exercise after surgery are very important to knee joint function.
