An Analysis of Current Problems of Teaching Reform of College Physical Education

The research consulted literatures which are related to ordinary university Physical education teaching reform from 2005 to 2010 and combinated teaching field surveys and interviews.Guided by the targets of teaching reform and based on the practice,we pay close attention to the reasonable construction of college students sports lifestyle in the future.Made a analysis on ordinary university physical education teaching reform research and practices in the recent years,from the teaching integrity theory construction,the teaching content,the teachers capability,the curriculum teaching materials,the teaching management etc.and proposed the development of specific measures,in order to offer some reference about deepening the comprehension of physical education teaching reform and advancing practice process.
