Abstract
Ni/α-Al2O3 catalysts with different Ni content for the partial oxidation of methane to syngas, and the promoter effect of Ce to Ni/α-Al2O3 catalysts were investigated.Ammonia alumina nitrate and nickel nitrate was taken as raw material by the method of chemical precipitation to synthesize Ni/α-Al2O3 gelatin, which was calcined to attain nanosized Ni/α-Al2O3 catalyzer powders in the high temperature. And we used the fixed bed reactor to appraise the catalyst, simultaneity the catalyst structure was tested by XRD,TPR experimental. The result indicates that the Ni/α-Al2O3 catalyzer of 8%(mass fraction)Ni content had the optimal activity.Furthermore CeO2 significantly improved the activity, the selectivity and the stability under definite reaction conditions.
