Abstract
With the reform of modern corporation system,the reform of Shanghai's property rights system has made some progress.However, the inaccurate definitions of different kinds of property rights due to the laggard property rights laws and regulations lead to the difficult property rights transactions,low degree of property rights market penetration and the juristic bottle-neck of property rights reform.The keynote of property rights system reform is juristic support.This paper suggests that the related laws and regulations should be modified or improved by the National People's Congress or the State Council and the construction of legal system of Shanghai's property rights should be accelerated.
