Abstract
Quality is the lifeline of undergraduate higher education,and the basis of the survival and development of undergraduate higher education.Research on the quality of higher education management is an eternal theme of undergraduate higher education.This article,taking in to account business theories of total quality management ideas and methods,introduced to the concept of modern quality management to higher education,and builds the running system of education quality management with the concept of entcie staff and entire process,to promote the quality of higher education and to achieve the goal of total quality management of college teaching.
