Abstract
Objective To detect the effects and safety of verisyse iris-claw phakic intraocular lens(ICPIOL) implantation for high myopia accompany with low vision.Method Eleven high myopia patients(22 eyes) accompany with low vision were operated implantation of verisyse ICPIOL.Results Uncorrected visual acuity(UCVA) and best corrected visual acuity(BCVA) in vary period postoperatively had been improved(P 0.01).The postoperative UCVA of 22 eyes in vary period reached and exceeded the preoperative BCVA.Six patients(54.5%) were separated from the low vision groups. Conclusion The implantation of Verisyse ICPIOL for high myopia accompany with low vision is safe and effective.
