To Reform the Academic Research System and to Develop the Study on Marxist Theory

The theoretical development of the combination of Marxism and the present socialist practice in China is the essences of the three represents. The combination of Marxism and the real situation of socialist practice in China is the key theoretical and ideological issue in the contemporary socialist development in our country. To solve the new problems that we have encountered in the changing environment at home and abroad, we must develop the study on Marxism energetically, without which, there is no sustainable development of (socialist) construction in China. However, in terms of academic research methodology, we cannot separate Marxism in the sense of scientific theory from that in the sense of political theory. There exist unavoidable obstacles in academic field in the process of developing of theoretical study of Marxism. To solve this problem, we have to (resort) to non-academic fields. One of the approaches to developing the study of Marxism is to reform the existing system. The neutralization of value that is hard to be realized in the theoretical study of Marxism can be realized by means of the change of system.
