The Investigation of the Interelations between HP Infection and Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease(95 Attached Report)

Abstract
Objective:To study the relations between HP and GERD.Methods:95 cases who were diagnosed as CERD by gastroscope were respectively given serum antibody checked and tested and one step diagnostic test for biopsy.Two positive items were determined as HP( + ) and two negative item as ( - ) .the relations between HP and GERD were observed.Results:To positive GERD patients,their HP positive rate was 86.7%,which was remarkably different from HP negative rate 13.3%(x2 = 20.41, P 0.005).For negative GERD patients,their HP positive rate was 42.9% .which had no significant difference from their HP negative rate 57.1% .Conclusion: Gastritis related to HP was easily to cause GERD,and stomach mucosa is seriously damaged.
