Abstract
Hot deformation processes of TC11 with β-annealed lamellar structure were investigated over the range of temperature 980℃,950℃,800℃,strain rate 0.001 s-1 and 0.1s-1,and reduction from 30% to 70% by hot compression tests. The effects of thermal-mechanical parameters on deformation behavior and globularization processes were analyzed.According to the characteristic of globularization fraction evolution,a modified Avrami globularized kinetic model was established, which is identical to test data well.
