Abstract
The chemiluminescence mechanism of Luminol-H_2O_2 enhanced by Cu(Ⅱ)was investigated in the system of Cu(Ⅱ)-luminol-H_2O_2 in comparison with that of Isolum inol under the same conditions. The fluorescence spectra and UV absorption spectra of Luminol,Luminol-H_2O_2,Luminol-Cu(Ⅱ),and Cu(Ⅱ)-Luminol-H_2O_2 solution were examined. The possible mechanism was proposed that Cu(Ⅱ)formed a 6-membered chelate ring with Luminol and then was oxidized by hydrogen peroxide.
