Abstract
A heating boiler room undertakes the heating load during heating period and the steam load for the production processes in the whole year.The steam pressure generated by the steam boilers is 2.5 MPa,and the maximum steam consumption pressure of the customers is 0.6 MPa.During heating period,the high pressure steam from the steam boilers is used to drive the small back-pressure steam turbine,thereby to drive the boiler induced draft fan and circulating pump.The low-pressure exhaust steam from the steam turbine is supplied to the customers.The combined heat and mechanical power is achieved.
