Abstract
Studied the best extraction condition of supercritical fluid extraction(SFE)of flavonoids in Sophora flavescens, and used the orthogonal design investigated the extraction conditions of flavonoids in Radix sophorae. The optimal extraction conditions were: extraction temperature 40 ℃,extraction pressure 30 MPa,ethanol velocity 0.4 mL/min and extraction time 60min.And the maximum yield of the flavoniods is 5.82%.In the conditions, flavonoids of the radix sophorae were separated, and its antioxidant activities were detected by the spectrophotometry. The result showed that flavonoids of the radix sophorae had the ability to eliminate free radicals.
