Abstract
Mindfulness is come from Buddhist psychology which connotes awareness,attention,and remembering.As mindfulness is adopted by Western psychotherapy,its meaning is expanding including no judgment and acceptance.Mindfulness can be cultivated by mindfulness practices.In the new mindfulness and acceptance-based approach,therapists help patients shift their relationship to personal experience rather than directly challenging maladaptive patterns of thought,feeling,or behavior.
