Abstract
This article tries to proceed from general principle of science of Civil Law, and combine the question met in the practice of the news, through the simple expatiation of different behaviors of news infringing the right of reputation, analyze the constitutive elements of news infringing the right of reputation especially,and at last probe into how to prevent the question of news infringing the right of reputation.
