Abstract
Objective:To investigate the complications of percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL)and the management.Methods:The data of 306 patients who underwent PCNL was studied retrospectively.Complications had been noted in 31 patients with an incidence of 10.13%.Results:All patients were cured by conservative treatment except on three patients,there was no mortality.Conclusion:This procedure was in priority in the treatment of renal and upper ureteral calcali.It gave less trauma to local tissues,pain,short hospitalization and less complication.
