Abstract
Objective:To establish a method for determination of aluminium in flour products by microwave digested-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Methods:The samples were digested by microwave and the aluminium in the digest detected by ICP-MS.Results:The detection limit of the ICP-MS method was 0.425 mg/kg.The RSD was lower than 1.5%.The recoveries were in the range of 95.2%~101.2%.The results of detection of standard reference materiel were satisfactory. Conclusion:This is a simple, sensitive and accurate method with few interference and good reproducibility. It is suitable for determination of aluminium in flour products.
