Abstract
With the development of tissue engineering of peripheral nerve,study on Schwann cells are payed attention to more important position. After injury of peripheral nerve,the effect on morphology and function is not taken placed of during the regeneration of peripheral nerve. High velocity of Schwann cells'proliferation is able to improve the life rate of nerve bridge and it is also obtain more precious time for the success of clinical nerve transplant. In this article,from the function of Schwann cells,mechanism of proliferation and influence factors,it provises some theory and basis for clinical apply of Schwann cells.
