Effect of KHCO_3 on Photosynthesis of Soybean Seedlings

Abstract

The effects of KHCO3 on the photosynthesis of soybean seedling leaves were studied in this paper. The results showed that the photosynthesis rate and RuBPCase activity were enhanced,but RuBPOase activity was decreased simultaneity. Furthermore,the electron transport activities of PSI,PSII and the whole photo-synthetic chain were increased,the photosynthetic pigment contents were also increased with the KHCO3 treatment.
