Abstract

The experiments of the germinative capability of the Beauveria bassiana spores in different time were done through applying the mixed powder of Beauveria bassiana and four different concentration of Deltamethrin. And the indoor virulent mensurations to Dendrolimus punctatus through applying pure powder, Deltamethrin and the different proportional mixed powder were tested, with the comparative experiments of the effect in the forest. According to the above experimental results, the best proportion 4∶1 of Beauveria bassiana and 0.05% Deltamethrin was obtained. The average effect is up to 95% while applied in wide areas, which is 14.9% and 29.5% higher than just applying Beauveria bassiana and Deltamethrin respectively. The mixed powder has such obvious effect that the dead fastigium of Dendrolimus punctatus will be about five to seven days ahead of time and the losing of the pine leaves will reduce. The widely application of the mixed powder will has a good control to Dendrolimus punctatus and has outstanding benefit to economy, society and ecology.
