Further Accelerating the Development of Green Building:An Interpretation of the Draft of Chinas Green Building Action Program

To develop green building is one of the most important strategies for materials and energy in China.In the 12th Five-Year Period,the green building shall step from enlightenment phase to rapid phase.The article illustrates the current conditions that is suitable for green building development in China;proposes the strategies on aspects of new green building development,renovation,renewable energy application into buildings,and industrialization of buildings;and finally raises several measures to be taken on key technologies and policy researches to boost green building development.
