The Clinical Application Experience of Laparoscopy in General Surgery Acute Abdomen

Objective:To discuss the value of laparoscopy in general surgery acute abdomen.Method:To analyze the clinic data of 108 patients with acute abdomen in XuChang Central Hospital who were treated by laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment from March 2009 to June 2012. Result:All of the patients received definitive diagnosis after the laparoscopic diagnosis and the postoperative pathology. 95(88%)patients were treated by laparoscopic diagnosis,and 13(12%)patients were treated by laparotomy. All of the patients achieved clinical cure. Conclusion:Laparoscopy in acute abdomen patients not only can help us to achieve rapid diagnosis,but also can treat the diseases,at the same time it has the advantage such as minimally invasive, quicker recovery and shorter hospital stay. So it is worthy of clinical application.
