Pollutant-diffusion function produced by chimney and its height of temperature inversion

Abstract
Adopting the new method of the high chimney and its diffusion-dilution,we can make the pollutant in air diffuse to the higher and larger limits of our range.Yaomeng Power Station has changed the 100m low chimney to the 240m high chimney ,and so the annual average of SO2 on the ground has reduced to the original 1/5.2 to1/7.5. So it mitigates pollutant in air of the part of the district.
