Abstract
Tumor Angiogenesis,a complicated pathologic process,plays an important role in most solid tumors growth and metastasis.Choosing some key measures or some important factors as therapeutic targets,researching and using specific antibody or tumor angiogenesis inhibitors control growth and metastasis of tumor to attain the accomplishment of treating the tumor through targeted-controlling tumor angiogenesis.We present a review on recent research related to the mechanism of tumor angiogenesis and the development of tumor angiogenesis inhibits.
