Abstract
Aileron pull-rod is one of the most important components of the actuator in aircraft to control the flight attitude,and whether it acts effectively is also important to guarantee the security of aircraft.Aileron pull-rod is seldom repaired or maintained after the aircraft is put into service,but it is necessary to test and analyze the stress of some specific parts of pull rod as aircraft flying because of the crackle concerns caused by the structural fatigue of aileron pull-rod for some older aircrafts.The stress level of aileron pull-rod in a certain training aircraft is analyzed,and a measurement system is built,which provides the evidence for fatigue monitoring of aileron pull-rod.
