Abstract
On the basis of studying the static and dynamic development strategies of regional economy, the paper deduces a model of regional economic development taking advantage of the move of boundary curve of productive possibility and explains that it's an actual choice for China's development strategy of regional economy in the present stage to adopt the strategy of multipole growth points.
