Abstract
Cultural is known as a sunrise industry in 21st century,and it has become a new impetus for driving the growth of the national economy.The gathering of the cultural has become a new model of industrial development,and it greatly promotes the development and improves industrial competitiveness of the cultural in Hebei.However,the development of the cultural gathering area is immature,lacking perfect relative mechanism,independent innovation brand and talent person.To speed up the construction of the cultural gathering area,we should take measures such as scientific planning,industrial structure upgrading,industrial chain improving,innovation strengthening,brand building.
