Abstract
Rotifer Brachionus plicatilis Muller was soaked by white spot syndrome virus(WSSV).Then white spot syndrome virus was detected by PCR and dot blot hybridization before and after soaking Brachionus plicatilis. The results show that Brachionus plicatilis is WSSV negative after WSSV soaking. It indicates that Brachionus plicatilis may not transmit WSSV.
