Abstract

The differential equation of real gas in the process of arbitrary quasi-static state is deduced. The definition of the polytropic process of real gas, the molar heat capacity and the common features between the polytropic process and some special processes (isotherm, constant-volume, constant-pressure and adiabatic) is given.
