Abstract
Dermatophyte infections was suspected in a commercial rabbit farm of Sihuan Infection caused by the zoophilic dermatophyte fungus was confirmed by culture.The morphology of spore,mycelium,colony and the sequence of the ITS regions showed that the isolate belongs to a new variant:Trichophyton mentagrophytes var.sp.
