Abstract

The influence of tempering process on microstructure and hardness of cast-in high speed steel was studied. The experiment results show that microstructure of cast-in high speed steel divided into troostite and incontinuity network carbide, troostite and network carbide, martensite and network carbide with tempering temperature at 700℃,800℃,900℃.The carbide grain can become coarse with increasing tempering temperature.
