Abstract
Phytase is an important enzyme and used in many fields.The physiochemical properties and reaction mechanism of phytase was introduced in this paper.In addition,the application of the phytase in feed additives,inositol phosphate chemists and inositol pruduction,grain-settled-waste treatment and food production was discussed.
