Abstract
The past 100 years of Marxism in China witnessed the practice of popularization of Marxism.Marxism could become the power to change the world only when understood and grasped by Chinese people.The popularization of Marxism in China in the past century underwent four stages: May 4th Movement,Yan-an Period,the period before Culture Revolution,and the period of reform and opening-up.The practice and experience(lessons) of popularization of Marxism in the fours stages will be discussed.Some problems worth further exploration,namely,correct attitude to the practice of popularization of Marxism,proper guidance of popularization of Marxism,understanding of Marxism by Chinese people.
