Abstract

This article analyzes the legitimacy and legality of humanitarian intervention, and points out that Humanitarian Intervention cant meet the standard of legitimacy and legality and will bring more unstable factors to international society. Therefore, humanitarian intervention cant realize the purpose of protecting human right.
