Abstract

The concept,theory and process of low carbon martensite technology were introduced.The application of low carbon martensite technology which was used in molds,quenched and tempered steels,high strength bolts,rails,high-strength mineral flat link and building materials was discussed respectively.It was indicated that the low carbon martensite texture obtained by quenching is the key to improve mechanical properties and extend service life of parts and components.
