Abstract
Blind signature plays abroad and important roles in cryptographic applications such as electronic voting system and electronic cash payment system. An improved blind signature scheme based on discrete logarithms is proposed.Compared with other blind signature schemes, our scheme can satisfy all requirements of a blind signature scheme. The security of the proposed scheme depends on the difficulty of solving the discrete logarithms problem.
