Abstract
Objective To proposes a new method of judging metabolic acidosis and metabolic alkalosis in the condition of high anion gap(AG).Method By analyzing the especial relation among the changes of anions in human blood plasma,a new method was proposed in judging metabolic acidosis and metabolic alkalosis in the condition of high AG.Results The judgment of metabolic acidosis and metabolic alkalosis in the condition of high AG had an obvious problem that had been existing both domestically and internationally at the present time.However the proposed new judgment method can be used to correct its problem.Conclusion The new judgment method of metabolic acidosis and metabolic alkalosis in the condition of high AG can replace the old one.
