THE EVOLUTION OF NETWOK IN CLUSTERS AND THE FORMATION MECHANISM OF LEADING ENTERPRISE GROUPS

The evolution upgrading of clusters is quite important during China’s economic restructuring upgrading.This paper analyzes the change of organization structure during the process of cluster evolution,from the angle of linking the evolution of cluster enterprise network at regional level the formation of leading enterprise group at micro-level.Under different surroundings,the competition cooperation in co-opetition have varied patterns of manifestation array modes.The direction of evolution of co-opetition is combinational network pattern,and the leading enterprise group in combinational network pattern is the organizational support to fulfill the upgrading of our traditional clusters.According to varied types of cluster enterprise network,there are mainly four dominant modes of formation of leading enterprise group,cooperation→competition?combination、cooperation→combination、competition→combination and comprehensive way.
