Abstract

The paper proves it was the first principle that the older brother was heir to the throne after analyzing the historical fact on succession to the throne of chanyu and four kings from beginning to end.On the special enviroments,the successor to the throne would made a chioce from brothers or uncles of the blood.The charactristics of the system reflects the needs of production and living.
