Abstract
This paper was an attempt to show characteristics of XIONG Shi-li's Neo-Confucianism,through the investigation on his changes and transformations about Mind and other correlated questions.From various analysis of mind,we found that he recreated his philosophy on the ground of the School of Mind,which had vital significance.
