Abstract

In recent years,cold-chain logistics is developing rapidly as a new industry.With the increase of market demand,more and more policies formulated by government boost the development of cold-chain logis-tics.Under this background,various major cold-chain logistics enterprises use this opportunity to find new breakthrough.This paper discusses the importance of developing the third party cold-chain logistics by compa-ring their modes of logistics management based on researches on several typical cold chain logistics enterpri-ses.
