Discuss the Construction of University's Teaching and Learning Information Resources

Abstract

Teaching and learning information resource is the foundation to IT-Based education, and is the indispensable element on the information superhighway. From current situation of construction of information resources of the university in our country, and this paper probes into some questions existing in educational information resources construction and development.
